Residents with sidewalks in front of their property are responsible for
clearing them of ice and snow within twenty four hours of an event. Snow is
NOT PERMITTED to be shoveled from sidewalks or driveways onto the street.
No Accumulation of Bulky Waste: Bulky waste-large items of solid waste including, but not limited to, appliances, auto parts, trees branches or stumps. These may require special handling due to their size, shape, or weight.
Maintenance & Replacement
of Curbs & Sidewalks: Is the responsibility of the property owner.
Grass and Weeds: All premises and exterior property shall be maintained free from weeds or plant growth in excess of 6 inches.
Exterior Property Areas: All exterior property and premises shall be maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary condition. Accumulation of stagnant water providing a breeding site for mosquitoes and posing a health hazard.
Garbage: Placement at
curbside no earlier than 6:00 pm the night before pick up.
Permits: Are required
for new construction, fences, additions, garages, storage sheds, decks,
porches, swimming pools, and signs.

office at 412-279-3787 to obtain a permit application. Occupancy permits are
also required before a building can be occupied. This relates to rental
property, commercial property and owner-occupied property.
