"COFFEE WITH CPD"

The Carnegie Police Department wants you to pull up a chair, grab a cup of coffee and get to know your local police officers. No agendas or speeches, just a chance to ask questions and voice concerns. The coffee and tea are free, the conversation is informal and informative and we look forward to meeting you!

Starting February 10th, the Carnegie Police Department, in conjunction with a variety of restaurants in Carnegie Borough, will have "Coffee with CPD" from 9:30am until 11:30am. Every month, two officers from the Carnegie Police Department will be available to meet and speak with the public in a casual atmosphere.

This is a perfect time to meet your Carnegie Police Department Officers who work hard to keep Carnegie Borough safe. Join your neighbors and police officers for coffee and conversation, or just stop by to say "Hi".

Carnegie Police Department

Police protection for the Borough of Carnegie is provided by the Carnegie Police Department, which also provides protection for the Borough of Pennsbury Village. The Carnegie Police Department is under the direction of the Mayor of the Borough of Carnegie and the Chief of Police.

All officers are certified through the Pennsylvania Municipal Officers' Education and Training Commission and receive yearly mandatory training required to maintain certification. In addition, the Carnegie Police Department (CPD) has a comprehensive in-service training program designed to further the individual skills of police officers and command personnel.

The CPD is also committed to a "Community Policing" philosophy and takes great pride in community involvement and education, providing an email alert program and an online daily log report.

The Carnegie Police Department proudly lives by the following words displayed on the side of the police cruisers: Courage, Professionalism, and Dedication.
